Professional Standards Program
The Professional Standards Program (PSP)
The Professional Standards Program (PSP) is a certification program established by NAEOP to encourage educational office professionals to grow professionally. Achievement in the program is recognized by the awarding of certificates based on education, service, and experience. The program is designed as a series of graduated steps through which an enrollee can attain nine certificates. Enrollment in the program may be made at any point. PSP recipients are recognized and presented a lapel pin at the VAEOP annual spring institute. The attainment of the distinction of Certified Educational Office Employee (CEOE) requires that the enrollee hold the Advanced III, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral certificate.
