An In-service Workshop was held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the M & M Restaurant located in Gandy Hall on the campus of Virginia State University. The topic was: “Living Healthy, Eating Smart,” presented by Ms. Debra Jones from the VSU Cooperative Extension Office. Nineteen members participated and one VSU student. Special thanks to the In-Service Committee: Beverly McLaughlin, Cheryl Steward, Grisel Campell, Sonji Mason, Ruby Thompson and Audrey Jones, Committee Chair.
